Do You Offer Refunds for Custom Merchandise?

Unfortunately once the merchandise is created with your logo/branding we are unable to offer you a refund for the purchase as it is hard for us to resale or use it in any way. If for whatever reason you’re unsatisfied with your finished product we can offer you a discount on your next purchase to help make up for it.

How Long Until I Receive my Products?

Due to the nature of custom merchandise everything is created from scratch. This in turn results in a sometimes lengthy manufacturing process. You can expect from the time you order to the time you receive your products to take between 3 to 4 weeks on average. Due to COVID and the current climate this time could be longer but we will let you know if this is ever the case.

How Long Have You Been Doing This?

We’ve been in the cannabis merchandise game for a little over 3 years. We have products in dispensaries across Oregon and have clients all over the United States. We have years of experience in both marketing and the cannabis industry that ranges from both e-commerce to brick and mortar retail.

Where Are Your Products Made?

We have manufacturers all around the world. Due to the manufacturing process of the pins and dab tools (which require very specialized machinery) we need to outsource these to manufacturers that are capable. Ultimately we want to do everything in-house but this will take time and capital.

Where Have I Seen Your Products Before?

We have products in over 50 dispensaries and headshops throughout Oregon. We have also been a primarily online presense since creation with shops on Etsy, Amazon, Redbubble, and Store Envy. We have also been circling social media on Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook with viral posts and images.
